winbd Terms and Conditions

1 Definitions and General Information

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the winbd platform and all associated services. "Platform" means the winbd website, mobile application and any connected digital channels. "User" or "Member" means a person who has registered and is using the platform. "Company" means the entity that operates winbd.

By accessing the winbd platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please refrain from using the platform. Although this document is written in Bangla, the English version may be treated as authoritative for interpretation purposes.

Participation in any betting or casino gaming activity is voluntary. winbd makes no guarantee of winnings and no game outcome is predetermined. Members must remain aware of the risks involved in all gaming and betting activities.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

All winbd services are for persons aged 21 and above only. Age is verified at the time of registration, and providing false information will result in account cancellation. Registration and use of an account by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, address or device. Attempting to open multiple accounts will result in the suspension of all accounts and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date. If your name, date of birth, mobile number or email changes, please notify the support team. Providing incorrect or false information will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

Registration is prohibited for residents of regions where winbd does not operate. Accounts opened in violation of this restriction may be closed at any time.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Credential Security

Keeping your username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you believe your account is no longer secure, change your password immediately and notify the support team.

3.2 OTP Verification

OTP verification may be required for certain transactions and activities. Do not share your OTP with anyone claiming to be a winbd representative — winbd never asks for your OTP.

3.3 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity that takes place in your account. If you suspect that a third party has accessed your account, notify our 24/7 support team immediately. The option to lock your account is also available for ongoing transactions.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on winbd can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Maximum deposit limits may be set separately.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals from winbd can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer — including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Verification Requirements

Identity verification may be required before large withdrawals. This process may involve submitting a national identity card or other documents. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed.

4.4 Transaction Currency

All transactions on the winbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To make the bonus withdrawable, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; before withdrawing, ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered.

5.2 Other Promotions

winbd regularly offers multiple promotions. The weekend winbd Festival Bonus gives 50% of the deposit amount, up to ৳5,000, with 20x wagering and a minimum deposit of ৳300. The daily winbd Reload offer gives a 20% bonus on the first deposit of each day, up to ৳2,000, with 18x wagering. The winbd Cricket Charge Up offer gives 30% on deposits made during cricket matches, up to ৳3,000, with 15x wagering.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games and betting — wagering on ineligible games with a bonus will not count towards the wagering requirement.
• Each promotion can be claimed once only, unless stated otherwise in its specific terms.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — any existing bonus must be settled before claiming a new one.
• If a withdrawal is attempted before the bonus terms are met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• winbd reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion.

6 Betting and Gaming Terms

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A bet is not valid until it is confirmed. If incorrect odds or prices are displayed due to a technical issue on the platform, winbd reserves the right to cancel that bet. If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Understanding Odds

winbd displays odds in decimal, fractional and American formats. For example: decimal odds of 3.00 on Team A winning means a ৳200 bet returns ৳600 if it wins (including ৳400 profit). The equivalent fractional odds are 2/1 and American odds are +200. If the bet loses, ৳200 is lost.

6.3 Multi Bets

When multiple selections are combined, the odds are multiplied. Placing three selections at odds of 1.50, 1.60 and 1.90 gives combined odds of 1.50 × 1.60 × 1.90 = 4.56 (approximately); a ৳100 bet returns ৳456 if all selections are correct. If any one selection loses, the entire ৳100 is lost.

6.4 Gaming Fairness

All casino games on winbd are operated using verified random number generator technology. Game outcomes are not predetermined and each round runs independently. RTP (Return to Player) information is provided in the details of each game.

7 Responsible Gaming

winbd believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never become a source of financial stress. We encourage members to follow our responsible gaming guidelines.

• Do not bet more than you can afford to lose.
• Use deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion tools.
• If you find it difficult to control your gaming habits, contact the support team.
• Avoid gaming during times of stress or financial difficulty.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

winbd may immediately suspend or close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception or illegal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or using software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false information or failing identity verification.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time. Any pending withdrawals will be settled before the request is processed. Contact the support team to request self-exclusion or account closure.

9 Intellectual Property

The logo, design, software, content and all associated elements of the winbd platform are protected by the intellectual property rights of winbd or its licensors. Copying, distributing or using anything from the platform for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

Game software and content are operated under the intellectual property rights of third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, JILI, Spribe, etc.). This content may not be redistributed without permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

winbd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including: bets lost due to technical errors or server outages; sessions cancelled due to loss of internet connection; issues caused by third-party software errors.

winbd's total liability for any claim will be limited to the total amount deposited by the member over the preceding 12 months. winbd does not accept responsibility for compensation if the platform is temporarily unavailable due to unexpected technical issues.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

All transactions are secured using SSL encryption. Your financial and personal information is not sold or shared with third parties, except where required by law in response to legitimate requests from regulatory authorities.

12 Changes to Terms

winbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, please request account closure. Transactions made under the previous Terms will be settled according to the rules in effect at that time. winbd reserves the right to add or remove any service or feature.
